Manually Send an Email Notification for a Meeting Outside of Weekly Emails
- Log in to your municipality's Publishing Website or Portal if you have not already
- Click the Meetings link in the top-right corner of the page below the City Website link to navigate to your Meetings page
- Click the View Details link to the right of the desired meeting
- Scroll down and click the Email this page to a List of Subscribers button (newspaper icon) next to the printer icon
- Under Newsletter category, click the radio button next to the name of the desired subscription list
- Add text to the body of your email in the Introduction field, if desired
- Scroll down and click the Save button
Note: The Save feature does not send the email. - Ensure that the Send Test Email to the email address listed below radio button is selected
- Enter one or more email addresses that you would like to receive a test copy of your email into the Test email addresses field
Note: Separate multiple email addresses with commas. - Click the Submit button
- Once you have previewed the Test Email, click the Send email immediately radio button to send your email right away
Note: Emails are sent in batches of 100 every 15 minutes. - Or click the Send email at a specific date and time radio button and enter the date and time you wish to send the email into the Date and Time fields
- Click the Submit button
- Your email will appear as pending and will be sent immediately or at a later date and time depending on your selections
Manually Send an Email Without Meeting Materials Hyperlinked (Meeting Canceled or Moved)
- Log in to your municipality's Publishing Website or Portal if you have not already
- Click the Dashboard link in the top-right corner of the page to the left of the Search Meeting Files box to navigate to your Dashboard if you are not there already
- Click the Administration button
- Within the Send Email section, click the Send an Email to a list of subscribers link
- Enter the subject of your email in the Title field
- Under Newsletter category, click the radio button next to the name of the desired subscription list
- Enter the content of the email into the Body field
Note: You can use the text and paragraph formatting tools to edit the display of your message. - Scroll down and click the Save button
Note: The Save feature does not send the email. - Ensure that the Send Test Email to the email address listed below radio button is selected
- Enter one or more email addresses that you would like to receive a test copy of your email into the Test email addresses field
