The Lock and Unlock functions allow Agenda Managers and Administrators to prevent general users from making modifications within the system. Once a meeting is locked, it cannot be modified unless an Agenda Manager or Administrator unlocks it. This helps ensure that materials that have been finalized cannot be changed.
Important Notes
- A user must be an Agenda Manager or a higher role to have Lock and Unlock permissions.
- Locking a meeting also locks the items assigned to that meeting.
