This article will show you how to view your own Support Tickets. This includes a comprehensive history of My Requests, Requests I'm CC'd on, Community Posts and Comments, and sections and articles that you are Following.
Important Note
- This feature will only show your Support tickets and activity for Municode Meetings, now Essential Agenda and Meeting Management. If you have another product with CivicPlus, you will need to access that product's Help Center in order to see any tickets or activity for a different product.
Instructions
- On the Help Center Homepage, click Profile Name > My Activities
- View Your Activities
Requests
-
My Requests: View your submitted requests
- View the ID, Subject, Time of Creation, Last Activity, and Status for each ticket/request
- Filter by Status type
- Open: The request is being worked on by Support
- Awaiting your reply: Support needs more information from you
- Solved: The request has been solved and closed by Support
- Use the Search requests function to search by keyword or ticket ID
- Filter by Status type

Requests I'm CC'd on: View requests that you are copied on
- View the ID, Subject, Time of Creation, Last Activity, and Status for each ticket/request

- Open: The request is being worked on by Support

- Solved: The request has been solved and closed by Support
- Use the Search requests function to search by keyword or ticket ID

Contributions

Posts: View your own posts in the Community
- View Title, Type, Vote sum, Last Activity, and date of Creation

Community Comments: View your own comments in Community Posts
- View Title/Content of your community comment, Type, Vote sum, Last Activity, and date of Creation

Article Comments: View your own comments in Articles
Following
View sections and articles that you are following. View the Title of the section or article, Type (Section or Article), Following status (new articles and/or comments), and click Unfollow to unfollow the section/article.
