This article will show you how to reset your Agenda and Meeting Management Essential solution (formerly Municode Meetings) password.
Important Note
The following instructions are only for organizations that do not use Microsoft's Azure Active Directory/Office 365 to log in.
Instructions
- Navigate to the Agenda and Meeting Management Essential Log In page
- Click the Forgot your password? link
- Enter your email address in the Username - Email field
- Click the Reset button
- Navigate to your email account and copy the temporary password sent to you by the system
Note: If you do not receive the email in your inbox within 2 minutes, check your spam folder for the message. - Navigate back to the Agenda and Meeting Management Essential Log In page
- Enter your email address into the Username - Email field and paste the temporary password into the Password field
- Click the Sign in button
- Enter a new password into the Password and Confirm New Password fields
Note: Your email address will auto-populate the Username - Email field. - Click the Change button
- You are now logged into the system
- Use your new password the next time you log in
